The eXperimentarium near Copenhagen is a great place. Not only for kids. There are almost 300 interactive exhibits about science and technology are on offer in the main exhibition area. You can romp around in Temporary Exhibitions and experience various shows and demonstrations. And the most inportant thing:

More than 30 million people, from all over the world, have been amazed and fascinated by the human body, in the unique BODY WORLDS exhibition. By turning the human body ‘inside out’ the exhibition allows an indescribable insight into our selves.
